The Whimsical Mama

<3 Such is the life of a stay at home mommy and Army wife (:

Goodbye March – May, Hello June! June 1, 2016

Filed under: Books — Maura @ 12:01 am

Oops. So I got a bit behind on posting again. Ah, well. Best made plans and all that haha. I survived my first semester back in college. Pulled out a 4.0 somehow. It was quite miraculous haha. Hoping to continue that, but we’ll see how that goes! Punk has been in teeball mode. I’m a baseball mama! His team hasn’t won a single game, but they have had a blast. I’m so proud of him! He also finished prek. He’s officially a kindergartner. I’m freaking just a bit haha. I do have summer to adjust to it. Bug is extremely displeased Bubby is out for summer. She has quite enjoyed having mama to herself! I’ve also started working part time which partially killed my plan to start blogging again. But I’m all adjusted now, so I’m hoping to be able to work on the blog a bit at work since I’ll be at a computer the whole time anyway. Nothing fancy, just working as a secretary, but I get to bring the kiddos with me, so it’s all good. (Perks of being married to the plant manager! haha) I’m hoping that now I’m out of classes for the summer I can get some reading done too. I had spells during the semester where I didn’t want to read anything. It sucked!
